Tandem Teams: You only have two teams in a binary compensation plan. That means you can devote time as you see fit and drive growth in the shorter leg if needed (always consult your upline leadership regarding the property placement of new members). Heck, you get a rockstar on one leg that grows a downline of 100,000…you’ll only have to work your other leg!
Upline Success: You might be in the perfect spot to take full advantage of the growth of those above you. If you get in at the right time you can ride the coat tails of those above you. It all rides on where your upline is placing reps, but you could very well realize a large boon to your business because of their efforts.
Leg Bottoms: You can really focus on the very bottom of each leg to promote further growth.What’s the result?It can really pump up new team members and ignite a fire with those reps who’ve been around for a while.How does this motivate new reps? I’m not saying this is a fait accompli! This is not something that will happen overnight, but it is happening right now at this minute. But several months down the road, it all makes complete sense, and I am learning more everyday!
The actual Network Marketing companies will have to embrace these changes as well. If they work online, they will want to be able to get all the paperwork done online too. They need to be able to get prospects to opt-in to their list online. They will also want a site that does the recruiting for them to a certain extent; where they can send their prospects 24/7 to watch videos or read information on their company.
Nowadays prospects are fnding out the info they need about a company and joining on the spot! And any company who does not have a website up and running to recruit someone without them speaking to a rep, is going to be missing out big time! Because if someone is determined to find an MLM company today, they will go to one they can find online.
So for now the old school methods are still being taught everyday. However, over time, the online MLMer’s will go out and about in our local areas, telling all and sundry how well Network Marketing works on the internet, and the rush of people coming online will be even bigger!
Network Marketing will always be done to a certain extent offline, but I feel that once we get to a certain level of off and online, Network Marketing will explode! It has already changed in so many ways. It is now a much more recognised way of making money. Because of the influx of high ranking entrepreneurs starting their own MLM or joining one, people who would never have considered joining an MLM are thinking twice!
